Participants were all ears as the guide explained which sites of interest they would be visiting, with some wise reminders of the safety rules. The group then excitedly headed out on their PWCs – a great start to an unforgettable day. Our first stop? Lake of Two Mountains, one of the most beautiful bodies of water in the entire Montreal region! This vast 150 km2 lake never fails to impress boaters with its wild landscapes.
Around 1 p.m., we headed to the beach of Oka National Park for a healthy lunch break so that everyone could refuel amid gorgeous surroundings. Oka Park is less than an hour from Montreal and offers a slew of outdoor activities, including a lively beach during the summer. Swimming, picnics, barbecues… so much to enjoy!
Our guide then took us on a thrilling ride on the Ottawa River as we made our way over to Carillon Island.
We finally returned to our starting point, with memories of good times and grandiose landscapes to take home with us.
Our heartfelt thanks to the Aquanaute Training Centre and, of course, our amazing participants.
