This service, worth $500, is included in your Club APRIL Marine membership and offered for the lifetime of your boat insurance contract* with APRIL Marine.
* Club APRIL Marine Academy training courses cover powerboats, personal watercraft and sailboats. A Club APRIL Marine member with only one watercraft protected by APRIL Marine will have access to Club APRIL Marine Academy on the date of the contract or on the date of renewal.

Based on artificial intelligence, the tests and reading lists are fully personalized and will evolve according to your activity. Each month, you answer 3 questions in a personal review quiz that evolves in line with the resources you have previously consulted. “Correct answer: Bravo!” you’ve acquired the knowledge you need. “Wrong answer: revise!”, the platform automatically sends you to the personal revision playlist associated with the unassimilated resource.

Save on your boat insurance
Complete a Club APRIL Marine Academy training program and obtain a certificate of completion to benefit from a 5% discount* on the renewal of your APRIL Marine boat insurance policy.
*The discount will be applied upon the next policy renewal and cannot be combined. If you has more than one insurance policy, the discount will be applied to the policy with the highest premium. The Academy training discount is applicable only once per customer, regardless of the number of policies and programs completed

To access the Club APRIL Marine Academy service, you must be a member of the Club APRIL Marine, and therefore have a current APRIL Marine boat insurance policy.

The training platform will be available on the effective date of the insurance policy.

Starting April 1, 2026, the training platform will be available on the effective date of the insurance policy or upon renewal.
Once your account has been activated, you can access your nautical training platform at any time. Club APRIL Marine Academy, worth $500, is included in your membership.
If you purchased an insurance policy on or after January 1, 2026, or if your policy was renewed between January 1 and March 31, 2026, you automatically have access to the training platform.
Beginning April 1, 2026, the platform will be available either on the effective date or on the renewal date of your insurance policy.

The training courses offered on the platform are constantly evolving. You will find permanent playlists, but also seasonal playlists, available for two months only. Permanent content is also added to and updated on a regular basis. In this way, you can continue to progress and improve your nautical skills. What’s more, for every course you complete, you will receive a certificate of completion, which may entitle you to a discount on your boat insurance renewal.
